Operator Management Contract

Opportunity for Existing Hotel/ Resort Owners / Banquet Owners to have there Properties Managed & Operated by Global Middas Food & Hospitality (GMFH) Management team having more than 2 decades of experience in Food & Hospitality industry and more than 200 projects successful setup Management Consulting Business on Management Contract basis and benefit of generating business , maintaining the property , generating profitability including star accreditation being taken care by our group. Broad Terms include:

• The contract is for 5 years & renewable
• Brand will be of GMFH group
• The complete managememt & Oprrational team will be brought by us
• The complete property has to be reviewed and then made readily available as per our requirements
• Net operating profit will be shared in the ratio of 80:20, 80% for the property owner and 20% for GMFH team
• To operate , manage and generate business will be the key dileverables of GMFH team.
• Minimum Room Inventory-50 rooms
• No Brand Operating Fees to be paid by the property owner initially.
• Location : Pan India
